Combinatorial Game Theory Workshop in Banff

Next week I will attend the CGT workshop at BIRS. This is a meeting of researchers in combinatorial game theory, including a good number of people interested in Go. It is held every 2-3 years, and is a continuation of the workshops that started at MSRI in Berkeley. One of the special themes of this year's meeting is looking for connections between CGT and Monte-Carlo tree search. Olivier Teytaud will give an invited talk.
